Jane has over 20 years experience working for some of North America's most successful organizations including IBM, U.S. House of Representatives, Bristol-Myers Squibb, Ortho-McNeil Pharmaceutical and St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital in various communication, marketing, public relations and sales positions.
Educated in both the United States and France, Jane has worked with several of the most published researchers in the field of corporate, instructional, and interpersonal communication. She earned a Ph.D. in Communication and created a communication consulting company.
As a communication consultant, Jane specializes in clear communication based on a strong understanding of the communication process. She will distinguish between effective & ineffective communication and make the complex message clear. Jane is also the author of an effective communication manual.
