Dr. James R. Ipser

Dr. Ipser received his Ph.D. in physics from the California Institute of Technology in 1969. He is Professor of Physics at the University of Florida and regularly teaches a course on the ``Physics of Accident Reconstruction and Biomechanics'' there. Dr. Ipser is a certified accident reconstructionist, with extensive experience in performing accident reconstruction and biomechanical analyses of accidents.

Dr. Ipser has been retained in over 1500 civil and criminal accident cases involving, for example, motor vehicles (autos, trucks, motorcycles), bicycles, pedestrians, slips and falls, falling objects, and product liability. He has testified live at trial more than 125 times.
