A: $175.00 as of 8/01/07. The initial consulation is free.

Q: What is your hourly rate to review documents?
A: Document review is based on $175.00 per hour as of 8/01/07. The initial retainer is $1,000.00.

Q: What is your hourly rate to provide deposition testimony?
A: As of 8/01/07, the hourly rate is $275.00 per hour with a prepayment minimum of $1,100.00 due three calendar days in advance of scheduled appearance. Travel expenses may be pre-paid if needed. Extraordinary Fees may apply.

Q: What is your hourly rate to provide testimony at trial?
A: A 4-hour pre-paid minimum @ $175.00 per hour.

A: Travel costs are estimated upon request. Out of town travel shall be charged at $75.00 per hour and shall be calculated portal to portal. Extraordianry fees (rush charges/weekends) are $295.00 per hour with an initial ono-refundable retainer of $1,500.00.
