Mr. Dowling is the President and Principal Consultant at JD Security Consultants, LLC. He is a court qualified security expert witness and is Board Certified as a CPP (Certified Protection Professional) and PSP (Physical Security Professional) by ASIS International. He has over 35 years of experience in law enforcement/security and has held security administration positions at various universities. Mr. Dowling has served as a security consultant to commercial, industrial, institutional and government entities.
In addition to completing numerous training programs, Mr. Dowling possesses a M.A. in Criminal Justice and is teaching at a university level.
