As a civil engineer, Herb has more than 34 years of experience in engineering and construction supervision of construction projects throughout the country. He has worked on schools, condominiums, HUD housing, bus garages, water and wastewater treatment plants, landfills, waterfront seawalls, and highways.
Herb has experience in CPM construction scheduling and cost estimating. He has managed and supervised several contractor terminations and defaults on behalf of surety bonding companies.
His expertise includes New York State Labor Law, OSHA statutes and accepted industry practices. Other areas of knowledge include construction defects and injuries, site safety procedures, concrete and asphalt pavement defects, and construction site operation.
Herb holds a Bachelor’s of Civil Engineering from Manhattan College and a M.S. in Management from Polytechnic Institute of NY. He is a licensed Professional Engineer in New York, New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
