Mr. Staley is managing partner of Atlantic Hospitality Advisors, an independent lodging industry consulting firm. A 30 year industry veteran, he holds MAI, CPA, and CRE designations and is a member of the International Society of Hospitality Consultants. Mr. Staley and/or his staff have studied or appraised over 1,000 hotels in 45 states.
Before establishing his own firm in 1991, Mr. Staley served as Managing Principal for the Atlanta office of a national accounting firm and as a Senior Vice President of Landauer Associates. His unique combination of financial, valuation and analytical skills enable him to provide a broad range of hotel related litigation services.
With personnel in Atlanta, Orlando, Tampa, Jacksonville & Asheville, Atlantic Hosptiality Advisors has a working knowledge of most major, and many minor, markets throughout the United States. The firm is staffed by seasoned professionals with most having 25 or more years in the industry.
