Harry W. Collison, Jr. is President of the Real Estate Consortium, a Fellow of The Royal Institution Of Chartered Surveyors and a member of the Counselors of Real Estate holding the CRE designation. He received a B.S. in Business Administration and Economics from Rollins College and an M.B.A. from the Crummer Graduate School of Business at Rollins College where he is currently the adjunct professor of real estate. During 2005, real estate research related to construction defects conducted by Harry Collison was published in The Florida Bar Journal. Harry is a State-Certified General Real Estate Appraiser, Registered Real Estate Broker and Subject Matter Expert for the Florida Real Estate Appraisal Board. During the past 30 years he has overseen billions of dollars in asset valuation for a nationwide base of government, private and institutional clients. Harry Collison has testified extensively as an expert witness in various judicial circuits throughout Florida and in federal courts. Testimony has been in matters of eminent domain, casualty losses, bankruptcy and torts where real property values were an issue.
