Dr. Bruck is a Board-certified General Surgeon with a subspecialty in Breast Surgical Oncology. He has an appointment on the surgical staff at the Valley Hospital, Ridgewood, NJ,and a teaching appointment on the Breast Surgical service at Columbia-Presbyterian Medical Center. Dr. Bruck established and manages a free-standing breast imaging center responsible for 6000 mammograms annualy. In addition, Dr. Bruck chairs a multi-diciplinary breast management conference twice a month at the Valley Hospital. He has an extensive experience as an expert witness.

A: No charge for initial conversation to determine if his case is one I feel qualified or interested in taking on. For formal consultation to review a case for an opinion, and for deposition in my office the standard charge is $400 per hour. For court testimony, the charge is $500 per hour, portal to portal, with a minimum of $2500 per day; for travel out of town, the charge is $6500 per day plus expenses (travel, room, board, etc.)
