A: Taught 24 different graduate and undergraduate courses in mechanical engineering over 35 years as a full time professor at Southern Methodist University, School of Engineering and Applied Science, Department of Mechanical Engineering. Now Professor Emeritus of Mechanical Engineering. Retired from fulltime teaching in 2001.Have testified over 300 times in deposition and over 75 times in court.

A: 195 after initial phone calls and retention. No charges until retained. All work on plaintiff cases charged against retainers received in advance of work. Minimum retainer of 4 hours ($800)per case. However, initial retainer depends on the amount of time needed initially in case, so could be more especially if travel is involved.

A: 195. Averages about $2/page for depositions.

A: 195 with 4 hour minimum plus travel time. Preparation time (file review)is extra.

A: 195 with 4 hour minimum plus travel time and standby time.Preparation time is extra.

A: Travel expenses at cost; mileage@ $0.70/mile. Engineering Assistant time for actual work on case or file or field work @ $70/hr. Archive fees and fees per image and/or print for photography both digital and film; archive fees and copy fees for video. Overnight postage fees at cost. No charges for small items (paper clips etc.)or long distance calls.
