Mr. Levy serves as an arbitrator and mediator of real estate and construction disputes and as an expert witness on standards of practice for real estate lending, construction lending, credit, brokerage and transactional due diligence, real estate workouts, corporate real estate, and real estate valuation. He serves, variously, as Adjunct Professor and Clinical Associate Professor at The Real Estate Institute of New York University. Mr. Levy was Managing Director, Real Estate Finance Division at Chase Manhattan Bank and Senior Vice President and General Manager, Real Estate and Corporate Services Division at Chemical Bank. He holds the MAI, CRE and FRICS Professional Designations and is a Member of the National Roster of Neutrals of the American Arbitration Association and an Arbitrator for the Financial Institutions Regulatory Authority (FINRA). Mr. Levy is a New York State Licensed Real Estate Broker and a New York State Certified General Real Estate Appraiser.
