Dr. Waring is Board certified in ophthalmology, a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons and a Fellow of the Royal College of Ophthalmologists (United Kingdom). With 30 years of clinical experience, Dr. Waring has performed over 10,000 LASIK procedures, over 1,000 corneal transplants, and large numbers of cataract procedures. For 25 years he was Professor of Ophthalmology at Emory University in Atlanta, and is now in private practice. As an expert, he testifies approximately half the time for the defense and half the time for the plaintiff.
