GEORGE R. REICHERTER II, R.A. – Construction, Premises Liability
George’s architecture career has provided him with a wealth of knowledge in the design and construction of schools, from K-12 and including colleges. He’s provided design quality assurance and been construction administrator responsible for renovations and new construction field work.
In one position, he was project manager for renovations to 35 schools in the School District of Philadelphia. Some of the tasks with which George was entrusted included review of schoolyard surfaces for safety hazards; site paving, fencing, running tracks and ADA ramps; concrete and masonry repairs; roofing; door and window replacement; gymnasium floors; toilet room, kitchen, cafeteria, and lighting replacement.
George is a Registered Architect in Pennsylvania and New Jersey and he’s an NCARB certificate holder.
