Credit damage is measured in three different ways:
- increased out of pocket costs,
- loss of capacity,
- loss of expectancy.
In 1995, a plaintiff's attorney asked me to measure credit damage due to breach of contract, so that credit damage could be paid for just as a property or medical damage is paid.
The $6,500.00 insurance offer was replaced by a $33,000.00 ruling in favor of my client, due to my credit damage report and expert testimony.
I have successfully testified in many state courts, and federal court. I have reduced excessive damage claims of $200,000 plus down to $12,000 and provided
damage measurement and testimony resulting seven digit rulings.
For Plaintiff or Defense, credit damage measurement process and a credit damage report allows clear evidence if credit damage exists due to a third party. Credit damage can be measured objectively and can thus be made treated objectively allowing for fair compensation.
