Gene Bruno is a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor, Disability Management Specialist, and Case Manager. He has been qualified as an expert witness in California state and federal courts.
Mr. Bruno specializes in providing cost of care and vocational damage assessment, including life care costs and loss of earnings analysis. Areas of expertise include catastrophic case evaluation, i.e., traumatic brain injuries, spinal cord injuries, amputation, Erb’s palsy, developmental disabilities, and vaccine cases. In addition, Mr. Bruno is an expert in the area of maritime and railroad labor issues, collateral resource offsets, and special needs trusts.
