Mr. Buffington is a Certified Safety Professional (by exam) in both the United States and Canada. He specializes in providing expert witness services in accident investigations; accident reconstructions; OSHA, MSHA regulations as well as all regulations incorporated by reference; development and review of site specific safety programs; conducts safety audits and site hazard evaluations; and develops site specific safety and mine rescue training programs to a multitude of clients.
Mr. Buffington has over thirty years experience in all facets ot the construction, industrial, pertrochemical; and mining industries. He has served as an expert witness in both government and private sectors in a multitude of state and federal courts.
