Carter and Associates is in the business of training lifeguards and key facility personnel to prevent drowning and spinal cord injuries and to properly manage any emergency that may arise at their pool, beach, or water-park. We can also implement programs that review practices, procedures, and policies of your facility to assure that they are current and comply with state statutes, federal, or industry guidelines. Finally, we provide expert testimony for attorneys involved in water recreation lawsuits. I will provide clients with an understanding of the standard of care at pools, beaches, and water parks, along with compliance with standards and guidelines for all aquatic facilities.
