Frank J. Storey..Premises Security Expert. Former FBI Agent offers case analysis regarding inadequate security litigation. Mr. Storey is President of Corporate Security Consultants, Inc., a company established in 1995, which specializes in providing security consulting and expert witness services. Mr. Storey has been retained as an expert witness representing both the defendant and plaintiff and has been qualified in state courts. Mr. Storey also served in an executive capacity developing the real estate portfolio of Equitable Life Assurance Society and its subsidiaries. Prior to forming his own company, Mr. Storey was a Deputy Assistant Director of the Federal Bureau of Investigation. Throughout his thirty year career, Mr. Storey was recognized as one of the FBI's foremost experts in the development of policies to combat sophisticated criminal activity. He was directly involved in the management of investigative programs at the national level. Mr. Storey was also responsible for the counterterrorism program of the New York Division of the FBI during the Gulf War. Mr. Storey's current experience includes case analysis of incidents occurring in a wide variety of venues including office buildings, shopping centers, hotels, apartment buildings, bars and restaurants, convenience stores, retail establishments, parking facilities and college campuses.
Mr. Storey received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from LaSalle University in Philadelphia and graduated from the FBI's National Executive Institute in Quantico, Virginia. He has been an invited lecturer at Security Seminars sponsored by the International Council of Shopping Centers Association and has made guest appearances on Good Morning America, The Newshour with Jim Lehrer and CNN News. His professional affiliations include membership in the American Society for Industrial Security and the Society of Former Special Agents of the Federal Bureau of Investigation.
