Established in 1981, SEAL specializes in providing multi-disciplined engineering and scientific consulting, product testing, safety and forensic engineering (failure analysis) services to manufacturers and their corporate counsel, defense and plaintiff attorneys, and insurance claims industries. SEAL conforms to principles and procedures of ISO9000 series Quality Standards and Guidelines as set forth by ASTM.
