Dr. Francis J. Duda is a highly respected physician and a well qualified expert witness. Dr. Duda was one of the first Pediatric Pulmonologists in the State of Illinois to this fairly new sub-specialty. Pediatric Pulmonology has first been recognized by the American Board of Medical Sub-specialties in 1984.
Dr. Duda is currently a Pediatric Pulmonologist at Baystate Medical Center Children's Hospital in Springfield, Massachusetts, and Assistant Professor of Pediatrics Tufts University School of Medicine. He is also Director of the Bronchopulmonary Dysplasia Clinic, Associate Director of the Cystic Fibrosis Center, Co-Director of the Muscular Dystrophy Clinic, and Certified Instructor of the Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS).
Dr. Duda has been an expert witness for over 25 years with acquittals for defendants, settlements for plaintiffs, newborn through adolescent. He is Board Certified in both Pediatrics and Pediatric Pulmonary. Dr. Duda has been in practice for over 35 years, and received his MD from University of Illinois College of Medicine.
