CLAIMS CONSULTANT AND EXPERT WITNESS
Mr. Evans has forty-five years experience as an active insurance adjuster and investigator, combined with the last thirty years as a consultant and expert witness. In addition, he has been a Senior Instructor for the Insurance Education Association in the fields of Property and Casualty, both beginning and advanced adjusting.
Mr. Evans has been licensed as an Independent Adjuster in three states, including California, and as a Private Investigator in California. He has qualified as an Expert Witness in State and Federal Courts in California, Hawaii and South Carolina.
