Forty Five years experience as an active insurance adjuster and investigator, combined with the last twent years as a consultant and expert witness clearly puts Evans in the senior category as an adjuster and consultant.
In addition, Evans has been a Senior Instructor for the Insurance Education Association, in the fields of Property and Casualty, both beginning and advanced adjusting. He has been licensed as an Independent Adjuster in three state, including California and as a Private Investigator in California. he has qualified as an Expert Witness in State and Federal Courts in California, Hawaii and South Carolina.
