His expertise includes insurance claims, disability insurance claims, medical insurance claims, and long term care insurance claims.
Mr. Leitner's experience as an expert includes several hundred depositions and extensive experience assisting counsel in trial preparation and settlements as well as testifying before state and federal courts on issues including insurance bad faith, claim procedures, insurance standard of care, insurance sales, rescissions, underwriting, insurance compliance, and more.
