Liz has more than 20 years experience in all aspects of the liquor and hospitality industry. She was the founder and President of SMART, a national certification program for responsible alcohol service, and one of only three Independent TIPS Master Trainers in the U.S.
She has been a leader in multiple state-level beverage, hospitality, and restaurant associations. Liz has taught in private, academic, and military settings as well lectured at regional and national conventions on the issues of Dram Shop and Liquor Liability.
