Mr. Finucane is a Registered Professional Engineer (PE), a Certified Safety Professional (CSP), a Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH), and a Qualified Environmental Professional (QEP). He has been involved as a consultant and expert witness in both the environmental and the occupational safety & health areas for more than 35 years.

His expertise is focused on: (1) forensic analysis of industrial accidents of any type; (2) situations in the workplace where conditions may violate OSHA Standards (i.e., hazardous vapors or fumes, harmful noise exposures, etc.); (3) on the outdoor environment where violations of EPA Regulations such as the Clean Air or Clean Water Acts may have occurred; and (4) on analytical methodologies designed to quantify any of these types of workplace or environmental hazards. He has expert witness services for both Plaintiffs and Defendents.
