A consultant to schools, attorneys and individuals Dr. Dragan applies his experience, education and training to cases that raise issues concerning schools and the education of children.
Dr. Dragan has provided consultation to more than 300 attorneys in more than thirty states around the country and has testified at more than 40 depositions and trials.
A unique factor in Dr. Dragan's credibility is his background of more than thirty years in the education field as a teacher, principal, superintendent, director of special education and adjunct professor of education administration and special education. He has a doctoral degree in education administration and supervision, a master's degree in special education, a master's degree in education law and experience as a bureau chief with the New Jersey State Department of Education.
Dr. Dragan has been qualified in federal, state and administrative courts in areas including: education administration and supervision; liability; special education; general education; school comparison in custody matters; as well as other areas.
