Fire and Explosion Origin and Cause Analysis, Certified Fire Investigator
Ed spent 25 years as a fire investigator, rising to the rank of Lieutenant, Assistant Fire Marshal with the Arson Squad. This experience allows him to investigate not only the origin and cause of both hot and cold fires, but also the actions of fire department operations and personnel.
Currently, Ed serves as an advisor and liaison to the state Fire Commissioner and is active with the Department of Homeland Security and the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives. He is a member of the International Association of Arson Investigators, the Fraternal Order of Police and the International Association of Fire Fighters. Ed is also a licensed private detective in Pennsylvania.
