Local Inspectors Nationwide - I have been certified as a Ceramic Tile Consultant (CTC) through the Ceramic Tile Institute of America (CTIOA) since 1979. I am recent past chairman of the CTIOA Technical Committee. I sit on the committees of TCA and ANSI that set standards for the industry. I have been a member of the Construction Specifications Institute (CSI) since 1982 and I have been certified as a Construction Document Technologist (CDT), which qualifies me to write architectural installation specifications. I worked for a manufacturer of installation products and systems for ceramic tile and stone for eight years, where I was a primary troubleshooter and mediator for job problem cases working with attorneys. I am a member of the Forensic Consultants Association. A science educational background, an MBA, and 25 years of tile and stone experience, from installation to distribution to manufacturing, makes me a very effective and knowledgeable Expert Witness. We have inspectors in most major markets around the country.
