Retired Coast Guard Commander Donald J. Green is a nationally recognized marine expert. He spent 23 years actively engaged in U.S. Coast Guard operations and over the last decade has brought that experience to bear as a marine consultant and expert witness.
Mr. Green's expertise includes accident investigation & reconstruction, commercial damages, contract disputes, personal injury/wrongful death (including collisions, grounding and sinkings), commercial vessel operations (including investigations & evaluation). He has testified in federal and state courts in marine operations, Coast Guard and OSHA regulations, rules of the road, offshore cranes, marine radar systems, and navigation.
