Dr Hartogs has over 15 years experience as a testifying expert supporting major intellectual property litigation.
He has 12 US patents covering the basic OFDM technology incorporated in DSL and advanced wireless technology (for example, 802.11g). His testimony extends to DSP (digital signal processing) broadly, as well as communications (including modem) technologies.
He has testified before Federal and California courts, foreign courts, and regulatory bodies.
