Bekaert, RA, is a Registered Architect in New York with over 20 years of architecture and construction experience working on institutional and residential high-rises, conference and training facilities, exhibit spaces, stores, and restaurants. Her designs include new construction, rehabs, and gut renovations.
Denise’s expertise includes compliance with New York State Building Code and Labor Law, NYC Building and Fire Protection Codes, NFPA and HUD requirements and ADA Guidelines.
She has managed and supervised construction projects including design and project development, preparation of construction drawings, estimating, field construction monitoring, and sign-offs.
