J. Dell Crosslin is a Shareholder and Managing Principal of Crosslin & Associates, P.C. In this capacity he directs all the activities of the business management and audit functions of the firm, and has oversight of the firm’s subsidiaries in the areas of technology and health care. He has served on numerous Securities and Exchange Commission, information technology, consulting, real estate, not-for-profit and other privately owned business engagements including initial public filings. He has served companies in manufacturing, healthcare, government, not-for-profit, construction, real estate, transportation, advertising, retailing, food service and numerous other industries. He served on the Advisory Board Region IV - Small Business Administration and on the Small Business Committee of the Nashville Area Chamber of Commerce. Additionally, he served as a resource speaker at the White House Conference (Tennessee), and as a speaker at the Entrepreneurship Forum. He is a Certified Public Accountant licensed to practice in Tennessee and a Certified Fraud Examiner. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Tennessee Society of CPAs, where he has served as a member of the Personal Financial Planning Committee and on the Quality Review Committee of the Tennessee State Board of Certified Public Accountants. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree from George Peabody College of Vanderbilt University in 1965.
