Mr. Stegall has 30 years of insurance, reinsurance and risk management experience. He has worked as an underwriter, a retail agent, a wholesale broker, and as a reinsurance intermediary. His experience includes: Executive Management, Underwriting, Marketing, Production, Sales Management, Business Development, Product Development, Product Management, Program Management, Claims Management, Risk Management and Alternative Risk Transfer. He has underwritten, marketed, developed and implemented traditional insurance programs and self-insured programs for qualified self-insurers; created self-insured funds; developed captive insurance companies; created national fronting programs; placed and produced reinsurance for both standard and alternative programs.

A: Professional fees and expenses are billed monthly for time and expenses incurred the prior month. Professional fees are billed at negotiated amounts per job or current billing rates per hour and at half-rates for travel time. Out-of-pocket expenses, such as travel, hotel, out-of-town meals, etc., are billed at cost. A minimum deposit retainer, against which fees are applied, is required prior to commencement of an assignment.
