Mr. Oleksow is certified by the American Board of Forensic Document Examiners, Inc. with over thirty years of training and experience in the identificaion of handwriting and other document examinations. Mr. Oleksow is retired from the San Diego Police Department Forensic Science Section as a Forensic Document Examiner.
He has extensive experience in court testimony and extensive experience with large, complex civil and government documents cases. His training included specialized training with the FBI and other government and professional groups.
Contract work with California Attorney Generals Office and other federal, state and local agencies. Fully equipped laboratory. Over 13,000 civil and government case examinations.
