David Lukcso, MD, MPH., is an expert in both Internal Medicine and Occupational and Environmental Medicine. As Vice President - Medical Advisory Services for the International Center for Toxicology and Medicine (ICTM), Dr. Lukcso is responsible for aligning the efforts of the multiple operating segments of the Company.

Dr. Lukcso received his MD from State University of New York at Stony Brook after being elected to Alpha Omega Alpha Medical Honor Society. He completed his residency in internal medicine at The New York Hospital Cornell University Medical Center in New York City. He then joined the Cornell University Medical Center staff as a Clinical Instructor of Emergency Medicine and Attending Physician in the hospital’s Emergency Department. He received his Masters in Public Health from the Medical College of Wisconsin.

For the eight years prior to joining ICTM in October 2005, he served as the Regional Medical Director for 11 occupational medical centers in Maryland and Virginia with annual revenues in excess of 25 million dollars. His focus was on complex work injuries, fitness for duty, environmental medicine, second opinions, and complex human resource matters.

Dr. Lukcso's has devoted his professional activities to the the development of clinical protocols in response to and prevention of emerging infectious diseases and bioterrorism. He developed protocols used in response to workers exposed to Anthrax during October 2001 and the protocols used to evaluate worker’s in Maryland who suffered adverse reactions to Smallpox vaccinations.

For over 30 years, the principals of the International Center for Toxicology and Medicine (ICTM) have been solving client problems in toxicology, pharmacology, complex health-related litigation, risk assessment, occupational health, risk communication, and product safety. ICTM merges expertise in public health and environmental issues with a comprehensive understanding of liability/legal consequences. ICTM principals are active players in many of the current controversial and highly visible environmental and liability issues. A: Our standard consulting rate for a medical doctor is $385 an hour. However, on all matters we give our clients not-to-exceed estimates budgeted by task, with tasks being performed by appropriate professionals at competitive market hourly rates.
