David Kobernuss has 40 years' experience in the primary metals industry. He has designed, installed, started up, and maintained rolling mills, slitting lines, annealing furnaces, etc., - any and all of the machines in metal rolling mills - for electrical, mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems. He has a BSEE and an MSEA (Engr. Adm.). He has been an expert witness for personal injury cases, both in industrial accidents and electrical substation accidents; also in cases of machine liability, and machine performance. He can act as an expert in safety, electrical design, mechanical design, processing machinery, machinery safety, and accident analysis.
