David G. Kay has taught computer law and computer science at the University of California for over 25 years, currently as a tenured senior lecturer at UC Irvine. As a member of the California Bar as well as a computer scientist, he brings unique expertise to expert witness and consultant engagements. He focuses on software analysis and also on college teaching and curricula.
