David Gribin has been involved in real estate for over 30 years. His background includes brokerage, appraisals, property management, asset management, investments, expert witness in standard of care cases, and education. He was the 1994 president of the Institute for Real Estate Management, Los Angeles Chapter and the 2005 President of the Southern California Chapter of the Appraisal Institute. He is currently affiliated with the Los Angeles American Arbitration Association on the commercial panel.
