Dr. Clayman is a Clinical & Forensic Psychologist with over 20 years of experience in criminal (competence to stand trial, criminal responsibility, presentence, etc.) and civil cases (personal injury, harassment, risk assessment, etc.). In addition to conducting comprehensive evaluations (>2500) and tesifying as an expert (State and Federal Courts), he has been invloved in trial strategy and 'damaged witness rehabilitation' services. His firm provides Daubert level research and white papers on specific psycholegal issues.
