David L. Cargile is a seasoned executive with more than 30 years experience in insurance and reinsurance. His background includes five years as the Chairman, President and CEO of a NYSE listed insurance holding company, and seven years as the President and CEO of a subsidiary of a major U.S. insurance group. He has also held CEO positions at a reinsurance company, a medical stop loss MGU, property and casualty insurance companies, excess and surplus lines companies, a life insurance company,a property and casualty reinsurance MGA, two reinsurance brokers and a reinsurance broking subsidiary in Bermuda. Mr. Cargile served as a member of the board of directors of a Lloyds of London broker's North American operations. Mr. Cargile has significant experience in company reorganizations and turnarounds, corporate governance, and the sale and acquisition of public companies. He is a certified insurance/reinsurance arbitrator at ARIAS, an insurance and reinsurance arbitration society. In addition to his ARIAS certification, he has trained at the Arbitration Institute sponsored by JAMS and the American Bar Association. Mr. Cargile is a certified Forensic Consultant (American College of Forensic Examiners).
