Mr. Bart brings over 18 years experience directing litigation support and expert witness services regarding business valuation, corporate finance, business reorganization, forensic accounting investigation, corporate governance and operational consulting. Mr. Bart has participated in developing litigation strategy, supported expert testimony and assisted with deposition and trial preparation and conduct. He has worked with named experts at Harvard, Stanford, Dartmouth and the University of Chicago as well as named business experts providing financial and accounting services. He has testified at both deposition and trial. Mr. Bart’s litigation experience includes bankruptcy, corporate finance, business valuation, fraudulent transfer, commercial damages and contract performance.
