David Bader has two decades of construction industry experience, spanning administrative, supervisory, and consulting roles on over seventy-five projects. He has performed various functions on over fifty healthcare and institutional projects, including courthouses and correctional facilities, with a particular emphasis on cost accounting, scheduling, risk management, project and program management. David has provided testimony over twenty-five times in deposition, mediation, settlement conference and binding arbitration settings, demonstrating skill as an effective communicator, able to simplify complex concepts for general audiences and facilitate resolution of the most fractured disputes.
David began his career building large-scale residential developments in South Florida on behalf of Trafalgar Developers, a wholly owned subsidiary of General Electric. He then built a number of healthcare, institutional and commercial projects in South Florida and Southern California for Stolte, Inc. and its parent company, National Medical Enterprises. Prior to joining Cumming Corporation, he served as Vice President of A.W. Hutchison & Associates, LLC where he provided a number of consulting services.
