been an award-winning agent for more than 90 stock and mutual companies, agency principal, and consultant to
buyers and sellers of insurance, as well as a
licensed adjuster. He has written more than 1,200
articles and three books on insurance and has
served on boards of several professional associations. A leading insurance consumerist,
he has taught insurance consumerism at several colleges and universities while also serving as
instructor of courses for insurance agents.
His experience as testifying and consulting expert includes cases from coast to coast, numbering more than 60 for plaintiff or defense.
