Mr. Gold has provided expert witness testimony in Los Angeles Superior Court and at the Worker’s Compensation Board of Appeals in mold and toxic exposure cases and is known for his balanced approach. Mr. Gold has over 22 years experience in the environmental health and safety field, and over 9 performing mold inspections. Mr. Gold holds a Bachelor’s degree from CSUN and a Master’s degree from USC in the EHS field. Mr. Gold is a Certified Industrial Hygienist, a Certified Safety Professional, a State of California Certified Lead Consultants, and a Registered Environmental Assessor. Mr. Gold has extensive experience conducting mold investigations and supervising remediations within commercial and residential buildings. His hundreds of clients have included homeowners, commercial property owners and managers, insurers, school districts, government agencies, health care facilities, attorneys, and Fortune 500 firms.
Mr. Gold has been a guest speaker for civic groups, professional groups, and Universities, and has been an assistant professor at CSUN. Mr. Gold is active in several professional associations, and has served on the Board of Directors of local chapters of the American Industrial Hygiene Association, American Society of Safety Engineers, and the American Indoor Air Quality Council.
