Dr. Rybicki has over 25 years experience in providing evaluations and testimony in forensic matters such as child custody disputes, personal injury & PTSD cases, assessment for insanity pleas & competency to stand trial. He is licensed in Washington, California, Illinois, and Indiana. Custody evaluations and critique and review services are primarily done in California and Washington State. He has provided over 250 instances of trial testimony along with additional deposition testimony and offering of declarations to the Court. Dr. Rybicki can provide case-specific expert testimony as well as more generic psychological expertise testimony on a variety of topics including chemical dependency, suggestibility of witnesses, child witness testimony, issues of parent-child alienation, battered spouse syndrome, work fitness evaluation, child sexual abuse, and psychological testing. His areas of expertise include: abuse, child psychological trauma, competence for trial, criminal responsibility, dangerousness assessment, drug abuse, family issues, fitness for duty, insanity pleas, psychology, PTSD, and substance abuse. A: I am generally court-appointed by agreed order in custody cases. In criminal cases, I have generally been retained by the defense due to Brady Law implications.

A: Flat fee of $3,000 per day due to need to block out entire day unless done locally in my office. Additional fees for travel. Fees to be paid 10 days in advance.

A: Same as deposition. Fees to be paid 10 days in advance.

A: Fees for travel include ground,air transportation; meals, hotel, etc. when out of the area. Additional portal to portal fees of up to $50 per hour may be required. Local travel cost of $100 per hour for travel in Tacoma area. Copying fees for larger batches at cost (.07pp)and FedEx or Overnite mailing fees passed along at cost.
