Providing primary imaging services through his national imaging network; second opinions on studies performed by others and expert witness services. Supports his positions at mediation, arbitration and trial. Will accept workers' compensation, personal injury - auto, slip and fall and toxics on a lien basis if applicable and appropriate. Takes malpractice cases for either side on merit.
Dr. Powers recently passed a non-American Board of Medical Specialties exam sponsored in part through the American College of Legal Medicine in risk management, law and medical malpractice and was one of only 2 persons in the US that did not have a JD that took it. He was given the title of Diplomate, American Board of Medical Malpractice.
