Daniel M. Marble is a retired Licensed Clinical Social Worker. A graduate of the Columbia University School of Social Work, Mr. Marble worked in settings such as Child Guidance, Juvenile Probation as a consultant, and as a therapist in private practice.

He has founded two agencies:

*Juvenile Probation Psychiatric Service which still serves the psychiatric needs of children in the Kern County Juvenile Hall.

*Kern Bridges Youth Homes which operates an Foster Family Agency, Group Homes, Adoptions and Community Education programs.

While CEO at KBYH Dan collaborated with the local DHS in developing The Consortium of Out of Home Care Providers to help improve the quality of care for foster children and with a number of agencies to develop a safe program for runaways called Kool Off.

Dan now serves as an Expert Witness when children's out of home care agencies are involved in a law suite and as a Training-consultant.
