Dr. Daniel H. Swerdlow-Freed is a clinical and forensic psychologist. He earned Doctorate and Master's degrees in Clinical Psychology from the California School of Professional Psychology and was a Pre-Doctoral Psychology Fellow at Yale University School of Medicine. He also holds a Master's degree in Child and Family Studies from the Merrill-Palmer Institute.

Dr. Swerdlow-Freed devotes his forensic practice to providing psychological evaluations for child custody disputes that involve allegations of child alienation, child sexual abuse or domestic violence; criminal responsibility and competency to stand trial; and violence and sexual violence risk assessments. He provides individual case consultation and expert witness testimony regarding these issues, as well as critiques of child custody reports and forensic interviews of children involving allegations of sexual abuse.

Dr. Swerdlow-Freed devotes his clinical practice to the treatment of adolescents, adults, families, and couples. He has extensive experience working with individuals who present with a wide variety of psychological and behavioral problems, including anxiety and depression, family or marital conflict, and stress associated with divorce.
