Mr. Thibault specializes in premises liability, foreseeability, standards of practice for private guard services, background investigations and security consulting. He has testified in court or deposition in all the above areas.
Mr. Thibault is the CEO of a Security & Investigation Agency which provides security consulting, guard services, investigations and private intelligence for the private sector. Prior to entering the private sector, Mr. Thibault served over 20 years in the Clandestine Service of the CIA in Asia, Europe and the United States.
Mr. Thibault has a JD degree and is a member of the D.C. Bar and certified by ASIS International as a Certified Proteciton Professional. He is also a Reserve with the San Diego Sheriff's Office.
