Galli Legal Nursing, Inc. was founded by Cynthia Galli, RN, CNLCP to provide professional legal nursing services. She is a Registered Nurse and Certified Nurse Life Care Planner with over 28 years of diversity in her nursing practice. She is experienced in working with attorneys, claims adjusters and other clients.
Cynthia began her nursing career in critical care which included intensive and cardiac care, emergency nursing and post-anesthesia recovery. She then worked in home health nursing as an IV specialist and relief on-call supervisor. Prior to founding Galli Legal Nursing, Inc, she was a consultant responsible for locating and scheduling physicians for IMEs, preparing chronologies, attending medical exams, and working with workers’ compensation to review records for medical necessity of treatment, case management, claims and legal issues.
Cynthia has completed courses in both Nurse Life Care Planning and Legal Nurse Consulting. She worked as an intern with San Diego personal injury attorney, Dennis Schoville. She is a member of the American Association of Nurse Life Care Planners, the American Association of Legal Nurse Consultants, and the Forensic Expert Witness Association.

A: Life Care Plans and Critiques:
The Life Care plan is a tool used to estimate medical and non-medical needs of a person with a catastrophic injury or chronic illness. It addresses and projects the costs and frequency of needed goods and services over an estimated life span. We can also provide a critique of the plaintiff’s life care plan.
A Life Care Plan may be developed for a variety of conditions including:
