Valuation Services, Inc. (VSI) prepares valuations of closely held entities and their respective ownership interests on a full-time and exclusive basis. VSI is owned and staffed by seasoned Certified Valuation Analysts (CVAs), CPAs, and an attorney. Over the past several years, we have valued operating businesses and fractional ownership interests in entities, which collectively owned over $1 billion in assets.
