I have extensive experience in areas related to computer operating systems, software design, computer forensics, and computer security. I have, to date, 10 published computer science books, over 15 years of experience in industry, currently adjunct teach for a college, holds most of the major industry certifications, abd helped develop 4 of the major computer industry certifications, I have been involved as an expert consultant/witness in several patent infringement cases, copyright violation cases, and computer security related cases.
I have also been a guest speaker for the Harvard Computer Society and the Columbia University ACM Chapter.

A: AVG vs. Microsoft – Patent infringement case. I worked on the 4,761,642 and the 4,694,286 patent cases with the firm of McKool Smith.

Harrison vs. Comtech Solutions Worldwide inc. – Software copyright infringement case. I worked with the firm of Winthrop & Weinstine.

The Weidt Group vs. Cold Spring Granite company – Software billing dispute. I worked with the firm of Winthrop & Weinstine.

Pre-litigation investigation and report for Ogles Law Firm.

Countryman vs NextMedia – Computer security related dispute. I worked with the firm of Siebman, Reynolds, Burg, & Phillips.

Virnetx vs. Microsoft – Patent infringement case. I worked with the firm of McDermott, Will, & Emery. This case involved 3 patents.

SSL Services LLC vs. Citrix Systems Inc – Patent infringement case. I worked with the firm of Dickstein and Shapiro. This case involved 2 patents.

Uniloc vs. Multiple Defendants - Patent infringement case. I worked with the Ethridge Law firm. Case involved 1 patent, but multiple defendants and accused products.

However I have prepared expert reports, rebutal reports, attended depositions, attended Markman hearings, and been through deposition preparation several times. And I have also testified in two different private civil matters (not related to my expert witness work).
